Series comparison chart
Standard payloads from 10 kg to 100 kg on one magnetic track platform.
| Series | Positioning | Payload | Top Speed | Peak Thrust | Repeat Accuracy | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| O | Light high-speed | 10 kg | 4 m/s | 264 N | ±10 µm | 3C electronics, light feeding |
| S | Precision small-load | 20 kg | 2 m/s | 500 N | ±10 µm | Semiconductor, precision assembly |
| L | Medium-load | 100 kg | 2 m/s | 2473 N | ±10 µm | Lithium battery, medical devices |
Selection logic: choose series by payload → confirm model by speed → count track modules by line length → pick the transfer layout for your floor plan.
O Series
Light High-SpeedThe sprinter of the family. A 4 m/s top speed with a 10 kg payload makes O the choice for small-parts feeding, 3C assembly loops and high-tact inspection lines.

S Series
Precision Small-LoadBalanced precision for delicate work. Semiconductor handling, micro-probe assembly and precision inspection lines run on S movers at 2 m/s with ±10 µm certainty.

L Series
Standard Medium-LoadThe workhorse. Three thrust levels from 30 kg to 100 kg carry battery cells, medical assemblies and power-tool fixtures through welding, testing and packaging stations.

Control SoftwareOne software runs the whole platform. Plan the line, configure stations and movers, tune motion and watch everything live — without writing a single line of low-level motor code. It is the brain that turns three mover series into one coordinated, reconfigurable production system.
Two Control Modes
Mover Free Control
Command each mover's position, speed and path directly. Full choreography for complex, branching flows where every carrier must dance to its own program.
Station Control
Define station logic and let the system coordinate the movers for you. No per-mover programming — integration effort drops and you reach first part fast.
Zero Low-Level Code
Both modes sit on the same motion kernel. Switch between free and station control per cell, so engineers tune the line instead of debugging firmware.
Configuration & Debugging Tools
Line Planner
Lay out loops, lines and transfers on a digital twin before any steel is cut — validate length, mover count and tact time up front.
Station Config
Define stations, process steps and dwell logic in a visual editor — the floor plan becomes the program.
Mover Config
Bind movers, set IDs, payloads and onboard I/O per carrier — onboard power, grippers and sensors are mapped in seconds.
Parameter Config
Tune speed, acceleration and servo gains per station and per mover — saved as recipes you can recall with one click.
Oscilloscope
Real-time speed and position traces catch tuning issues and collisions before they reach the product — debugging without stopping the line.
Live View
Every mover and station updates in real time on one screen — the whole line, at a glance, from the office or the floor.
Software Parameters
| Capability | Specification |

Any shape your floor plan needs.
Modular straight and arc segments snap into loops, lines and transfer systems — and reconfigure later without cutting steel.
Loop / Racetrack
Closed circuit with 90° or 180° arcs. Movers recirculate continuously — the classic high-tact layout.
Square & Circle
Compact closed shapes for rotary-style processes with independent mover positioning at each corner.
Linear Single-Track
Straight point-to-point transport with return handling — the simplest entry into maglev conveying.
Transfer-H (Horizontal)
Two-level horizontal transfer shuttles movers back along a parallel lane — long lines, narrow footprint.
Transfer-V (Vertical)
Vertical lift transfer stacks return underneath the process lane — halves the line's floor area.
Junction (Complex Switch)
Multi-lane switches route movers to parallel process branches — inspection, rework and bypass flows.

Payload
Fixture + product weight picks the series: ≤10 kg O · 10–20 kg S · 30–100 kg L.
Speed
Tact time picks the mover model: 4 m/s O-C1 · 2 m/s S/L-C1 · 1.5 m/s L heavy models.
Length
Total line length ÷ module lengths = track count. E.g. 240×3 + 480×2.
Layout
Floor plan picks the structure: R loop · H horizontal transfer · V vertical transfer · Junction.
Protocol
Your PLC brand picks the interface: Modbus TCP · Profinet · EtherNet/IP · digital I/O.
