A direct-drive team that lives on the factory floor.
MAGVIX is the international brand of a Shenzhen-based engineering team working in linear direct drive since 2009, and shipping magnetic levitation conveying systems since 2020. Our systems are built in an ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certified facility holding multiple patents and software copyrights, with a design-and-build capacity of over 3,000 meters of track per year.
We serve 3C electronics, lithium battery, semiconductor, photovoltaic, medical, food and cosmetics manufacturers — from first 3D concept to commissioning and lifetime support.
Where the track is born.
From raw aluminum profile to fully tested stator segments under one roof — ISO 9001 / 14001 certified.

The team behind every line.
Engineers, technicians and export specialists working under one roof.

R&D Engineering Team
Mechanical, electrical and software engineers
Designs the magnetic track, motor topology and control algorithms — continuously improving precision, speed and payload capacity.
Quality Control Team
Inspectors and test engineers
Checks every stator segment, mover and controller at incoming, in-process and final inspection stages before shipment.
Export & Service Team
Project managers and field engineers
Handles RFQs, demos, documentation, shipping and on-site commissioning support for customers worldwide. The physics of effortless motion.
A traveling magnetic field, an air gap, and absolute positioning — no belts, no chains, no compromises. Every layer, from the linear motors to the dispatch software, is engineered in-house.
Four steps from current to motion.
Linear motor drive
Coils embedded along the stator track energize in sequence, generating a traveling electromagnetic wave.
Electromagnetic thrust
Permanent magnets on the mover lock onto the traveling wave, converting field energy directly into linear force.
Contactless travel
Mover and stator never touch — an air gap carries the load, so motion is silent, clean and wear-free.
Absolute positioning
A precision magnetic scale with absolute readheads reports every mover's position to ±10 µm, continuously.
Six numbers that define the platform.

One software brain, wireless nerves.
MAGVIX Studio designs, simulates and dispatches the line. MAGVIX Link radios keep every mover synchronized — your PLC stays in command over standard industrial Ethernet.
Speaks your PLC's language.
Modbus TCP RECOMMENDED
Ethernet link to Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and most mainstream PLCs — the default integration path.
EtherNet/IP
Native support for Rockwell / Allen-Bradley control environments.
Profinet
Siemens-native real-time protocol for high-determinism lines.
Digital I/O
Simple, robust hardwired signals for standalone machines and retrofits.
MAGVIX Studio — draw the line, then run it.
Our in-house control platform combines layout design, dispatch, simulation and diagnostics in one Windows application.
- Graphical designer — drag-and-drop line building, no code
- Live mover map — every mover's position at a glance
- Simulation mode — validate against your equipment before steel is cut
- Alarm management — pinpoints the fault location in real time
- One-key initialization — commissioned in minutes, not shifts
MAGVIX Link — the radio bridge.
Movers and the dispatcher communicate over RF. One base station covers a 10 m radius; larger or complex halls use distributed multi-base deployment.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Power supply | DC 24 V or PoE |
| Wired uplink | Ethernet |
| Wireless | RF, 10 m radius per base |
| Deployment | Single or distributed multi-base |
Modules that extend every mover.
Mover I/O Module
Mounts on the mover to run onboard devices: 4 isolated digital inputs + 4 outputs, 1 × CAN (up to 8 CANOpen devices), 1 × RS-485 (up to 8 Modbus RTU devices), 48 V DC out — 24 V via optional DC-DC.
P1 Power Cabinet
220 V / 50 Hz input with leakage protection, sized to the line configuration; optional transfer-axis drives for H / V transfer systems.
DP133 HMI
Compact touchscreen for line status, recipe switching and alarm acknowledgement at the machine.
